You know that moment at dinner when the plates have been cleared, someone pours just a little more wine, and the conversation finally gets good?
Nobody is checking the time.
Someone says the thing she probably wasn’t planning to say.
Everyone leans in.
There’s laughter.
A little disbelief.
Maybe a truth that makes the whole table go quiet for a second.
That’s the feeling I wanted to create with The Catherine Tuton Show.
Not an interview you listen to from a distance — a conversation you feel like you’re sitting inside.
So come sit with us.
You Don’t Need to Bring Anything but Your Curiosity
I’m not interested in giving you another list of things you should be doing with your life.
I want The Catherine Tuton Show to be a podcast for women who are curious about how other people have actually lived theirs.
The choices they made.
The ones they wish they’d made sooner.
What surprised them.
What changed them.
What they understand now that they couldn’t possibly have understood then.
Honest conversations about real lives.
And sometimes that means we’ll talk about the hard stuff.
Other times, I hope you laugh with us.
I hope you disagree with us.
I hope you hear one of these women’s stories while you’re driving, walking, getting dressed, or pouring a glass of wine and immediately think of the person you need to send it to.
Because while this may be a podcast about midlife, it’s far from homework for becoming a better version of yourself.
It’s a place to be curious about the version you already are — and everything she might still become.
Pull Up a Chair
Some episodes may leave you inspired.
Some may challenge the way you’ve been looking at something.
Some might simply make you feel a little less alone in an experience you thought was yours to figure out privately.
And every once in a while, I hope someone says something that follows you around for the rest of the day.
Not because she gave you the answer.
Because she made you think.
That’s the kind of conversation I never want to leave.
And beginning October 26, you don’t have to either.
The Catherine Tuton Show makes her debut on October 26.

Marysol Patton
There’s something irresistible about a woman who has lived enough life to have perspective — and enough personality not to make it sound like a lecture.
Marysol brings both.
A life in business. Years in the public eye. Family, change, success, loss, reinvention… and the kind of humor that tells me there’s a hell of a story underneath it all.
Christian Siriano
Christian is a Project Runway winner, CFDA designer, and Time 100 honoree known for fearless red carpet fashion that dresses every woman.
He is a long time friend of mine, and I love hearing what he’s learned about trusting your instincts, evolving, and continuing to create through every season of life.

Brooke Burke
Brooke has lived more than one chapter in the public eye — evolving as a television personality, entrepreneur, wellness leader, mother, and woman navigating what comes next.
And that evolution is exactly what makes me curious.
What does reinvention look like when the world thinks it already knows who you are?
Moll Anderson
Moll has built a life around beauty, creativity, connection, and creating experiences that make people feel something.
You can understand why we had plenty to talk about.
The choices. The pivots. The conviction it takes to create something that looks and feels like you.

Come curious.
I’ll save you a seat.
xo, 💋
Catherine
